Decor was dated lots of wear and tear in both room and bars walls paper thin didn t get a good sleep due to noise won t be returning or advising anyone to stay

The reception was prompt and helpful as usual

I paid for wifi but they charge me from my account But not working

Very tired and poor condition rooms and corridors

Reception staff all friendly free room upgrade very nice cooked breakfast

Avoid the pizza room service restaurant

Location to my place of work

The room was very basic for the amount paid 300 per night It was very noisy the window of my room would not shut so all I heard until the early hours of the morning and then again at about 5 a m was the DLT Trains The room was also very warm the air con didn t work Finally the mattress on the bed was so thin I might as well have slept on the floor How they can justify 300 per night beggars belief

Bed very comfortable room spotless food in the restaurant was first class and breakfast was tasty had a problem with our room which was allocated to us but the lovely staff member on reception offered us an alternative one

The first room we were allocated had a smell to it as though someone had been smoking and it had tried to be covered up by air freshener cleaning products the second room was completely different but small for a deluxe room
