The room had what you needed but absolutely no extra except coffe and a water heater

The included breakfast was very limitied and you had to pay for any extra like egg and bacon

Staff were friendly efficient and helpful Love the cozy lobby

The staff were very helpful Great location for all the attractions in Greenwich at a reasonable price Breakfast in the traditional English pub was very satisfying and to the standard we expected from Innkeepers Lodge Would use it again but with a room away from the traffic noise

We booked 2 months before My wife traveling separately from me went to check in only to be told that I had already done so in fact I was still traveling and hadn t checked in Consequently our original room had been given to someone else so we were given one which unfortunately was on the 1st floor on the street side so traffic noise was an issue all night as were the noisy drunken crowd under our window until 2 36 a m the latter not the hotel s fault In hindsight we should have taken the off road 3rd floor room option we were offered However we only booked for one night so wasn t too bad

Room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable

Lift could do with a luck of paint The room was very hot

The shower went all over the floor

The staff were very friendly and couldn t do enough to help us

As the hotel hasn t been open long they were still doing some of the rooms One morning at about six we were woken up by the sound of drilling it sounded like it was on the other side of the wall One of the days we were there we had gone out for the day and came back in The evening to find someone had been in and added new decoration we found that strange that the room hadn t been seen to but someone had come in and decorated

2 minutes walk from the train and one stop from Amsterdam central Secure bike parking Clean and tidy with excellent helpful staff

Lovely hotel set in a quiet area Was exceptionally clean and had plenty of storage The staff were friendly and very helpful A short walk to the tube station made it ideal for commuting Especially to Wimbledon for the Tennis

Overall no problems with the room Was exceptionally clean and had plenty of storage Unfortunately the room was very noisy Sound from the tv in room next door was very loud Not ideal when trying to sleep Also floor of above room made annoying loud creaking noises everytime the occupants moved about Hopefully the staff would have provided a quieter room if I had been staying longer

Smart television didnt work in room no slippers or dressing gown in room breakfast couldv had vegetarian sausages
