Swimming pool #1 is closed from Fri 15 Sept 2023 until Sat 15 Jun 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please let Apartamentos Punta Canela know your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property.

Please note that the hotel reserves the right to charge in case of major damage to the apartments.

Late check-in after 22.00 is subject to a surcharge of EUR 50.

From June 15 to September 15, check-in is from 16:00.

The swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September.
