Apartments Shan Delle is a 5-minute walk from Alexandra Headland restaurants, cafes and shops and a 10-minute walk from Mooloolaba Esplanade. Underwater World is 5 minutes drive and Sunshine Coast Airport 15 minutes drive away. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property requires a refundable $200 credit card pre-authorisation bond to cover any incidental charges. This amount may be debited previous to check in.
