The nearest ski lift is 1 km away and cross-country skiing tracks can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. In summer you can go hiking, play golf at the Golf Club kitzbhel, which is 4 km away or enjoy bathing in the Schwarzsee Lake, which can be reached by car in 15 minutes. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
