El Terrado II

El Terrado II will provide you with 2 flat-screen TVs, air conditioning and a full a kitchen with a microwave and a refrigerator. Private bathrooms also come with a shower. Maid services are provided every 3 days, and both linen and towels are included.

The property offers free parking, and is 900 metres from Viedma Street and the commercial area. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isnt provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
