Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Isola Rossa Holiday, Corso Trinit 9., 07038 Isola Rossa. Please inform Residence Verde Mare in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please be informed that the reception is closed from 13:00 until 15:30.

Please note that the pool is open from June until September. Charges are applicable in high season.

Guests can bring bed linen and towels or rent them on site.

Guests are advised to bring a vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport.

Tickets can be bought at the property for the Aquafantasy water park.
