The location next to Hyde Park and close to the city centre I walked to Westminster Buckingham Palace Trafalgar Square Oxford Street Regent Street Notting Hill etc Breakfast was exceptionally good with lots of choices of food to eat The ambience was brilliant The privacy was wonderful there was no prying from reception The staff were always courteous I was given a nice room facing Hyde Park as I had requested The shower was fabulous it felt like rain On the morning of my departure a taxi was called promptly for me

The price could have been lower I was quite unlucky in that prices room rates dropped just after I had made my payment

Good air conditioning and quiet thanks to triple glazing

Room was quite small

Proximity to Queensway tube station breakfasts were generally good especially the bacon and sausage

Bigger choice of fruit with breakfast The croissants were being pilfered and wrapped for later consumption by some guests resulting in me not getting one

The two stories of stairs that you need to climb before you reach a very narrow reception area The lift that goes up from reception has no oxygen flow and moves at a pace slower than u can walk The rooms are extremely small and have no fridge facilities It s basically like staying in a shoe box Perfect for one level up from a backpackers place but never if you want to enoy your stay or if you are travelling with children Only good thing I have to say is that the staff were very helpful and welcoming

I was able to check in two hours earlier than I d planned which was great

Room was smaller than pictured but no less comfortable

Free parking Close to metro station Clean

Breakfast is too limited

Great location and staff in restaurant were on point

Cleaner came in the room at 7 55am and 8 55 am far to early should wait until at least guests have gone to breakfast

It s a 3min walk to the Villa S Giovanni metro station

Doesn t have a swimming pool
