WELCOMING GREAT LOCATION AND FRIENDLY STAFF GREAT COFFEE BUT NOT ENOUGH PODS PROVIDED

1 We ordered a De Lux Room and received a Standard Room but i fugured it out and they changed us to a De Lux 2 No heater in the room but they changed us for another room 3 no heater in the bathroom and no electric plug
This London hotel was fairly quiet at night Bus stop outside hotel and tube station 5 6 minutes walk away for good links into centre of London Complimentary continental breakfast was a welcome bonus

The size of the onsuit toilet is impossibly tiny verging on dangerous We had to request a move to avoid injury but I believe all onsuits are the same size Difficulty sleeping due to to the noise outside of what sounds like a leaking gutter Sorry to say it will take a lot to bring me back
Very comfortable beds and given complimentary drinks or cocktail vouchers for the very nice pub below Terrace was a nice addition for the smokers in the party All in all a comfortable stay in a decent location
Complicated check in process involving taking photocopies of ID and credit card
The room was amazing even nicer than on the pictures Breakfast was delicious but most of all the bed Never slept so comfortable
Good Location a very friendly atmosphere prevailed
One could have some difficulty locating the main entrance to the hotel
