About Your Stay
Situated within the Snowdonia National Park, Plasglasgwm is an historic Welsh farm nestling in the Glasgwm valley above the village of Penmachno. Dating back to 1573, Plasglasgwm offers unique accommodation in converted farm buildings and barns in a courtyard setting.
Offering catered and self-catered options, the farm buildings have been converted to provide contemporary accommodation in a period setting.
The rooms at Plasglasgwm retain original features including exposed beams, stone and slate walls, Egyptian cotton bedding and natural floorings, as well as on-site parking.
Plasglasgwm offers a converted three-bedroom Welsh long barn, a deluxe suite for 2 guests in the old cow shed, and cosy double beds in the former 18th century pig sties.
Guests can also enjoy our fully licensed coffee shop/bistro, offering breakfasts, light lunches and farmhouse dinners by arrangement, as well a selection of wine and local craft beers.
A variety of mountain biking and walking trails can be found within the local area, and the owners can offer local knowledge to anyone wanting to explore the surrounding countryside. Please contact the property with your preferred bed configuration as the rooms can be made as either double or twin rooms. This can be added through the Special Request box when booking. The property will contact you with check-in and key collection information once you have made a booking.
Please note that the Small Double Room can only be booked when also booking the Three Bedroom Lodge as these two rooms can be joined for large groups of the same party and will be sharing facilities such as the shower and kitchen.
Please note that breakfast can be provided at the on-site coffee shop on request
Guests are recommended to travel using their own transport as the property is located in a rural area, with limited public transport.
