Great location and a decent breakfast buffet for the price
Nothing really
The stuff is absolutely great friendly and very helpful The breakfast is amazing the best coffee a croissant we ve eaten in Milan There are plenty of nice restaurants around as well as supermarket
It s quite far from the center 20 min by tramp or metro But if you want something very calm in a very quiet area it s your hotel Not a great view from many rooms
Staff attitude
Staff were very helpful Especially front office staff guided us on map for our visiting points in the city with transportation alternatives Room was good and classical decorated Breakfast was delicious with various foods and drinks There was big supermarket just across the street Gerusalemme metro station was 5 minutes by walk Also tram stops near Famous gelato store was nearby Hotel have a beautiful green garden in backyard
The hotel was really close to MiCo conference centre so it suited my itinerary However I did not expect that it would be so nice mainly due to professional and helpful staff Lovely lady in the breakfast room was alway happy and keen to please They took interest in you as a guest
One very small thing is the room safe we now expect that its size would fit a computer Really that was so minor I feel silly writing it

My shower didn t drain I realised when the drain plughole cover started floating

We felt tea and coffee facilities would be an advantage

The breakfast is too simple which is not worth the price
location comfortable room inside parking in front of public transport room in the hight floor as I required good breakfast with gentle staff I ll come again

Too expensive No service for a 4 star hotel Stayed over the weekend and no one cleaned the room tidied the bed in 2 days Had my sign make up the room hanged when I left in the morning came back at 15 30 and no one had done the room They knocked on my door at 17 asking if they could do the turndown I said I would be out in 15mn was just out of the shower and the maid said she should have been gone already she was working overtime like insisting on not doing my room I wished her good day and good luck and finished getting ready When I left after 10mn of course no one came to do the room 4 star hotel they call it Unacceptable
