The studio and one-bedroom apartments have shared use of a communal hot tub in the garden. The three and four-bedroom apartments have their own private hot tub on their patio or roof terrace.

The garden has sun lounger and a play area looking onto the sea.

Restaurants, shops and bars can be found in the surrounding area. There is a golf course 10 minutes drive away, while Shanklin Railway Station is less than 15 minutes walk from the apartments. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property does not accept bookings from people under 21 years of age. Please be aware that the hot tubs are operated on a timer system and do switch off at 22:00 so that they do not disturb guests in other apartments.
