Spacious rooms and good linen
Breakfast room is a little depressing
just about everything it was perfect We had a very nice room with the most amazing view especially at night when dark the lights of London would take your breath away Staff superb nothing too much trouble breakfast amazing
I did not like the sink in the bathroom it was not easy to mix the water and a difficult tap but a minor complaint
Late check out Great bedroom even though de Luxe is not worth it just a bath on your terrace terrace on the 1st floor with no view

Great restaurant on the 23rd floor with views over London Although this is a massive hotel the staff were efficient and check in was slick I enjoyed staying here My room was very good value
Breakfast was 17 Needless to say I went to a lovely cafe down the road in Kensington Gardens and had breakfast for 9 with a lovely view of the gardens

Staf they are not frendly and the ask mony allways from me like im going to run away they dont let mony after but yui bey then you enter the room what is this no good for castomer
The breakfasts were good and the chamber maids were helpful The concierge were helpful too
The room could be bigger We have had larger rooms on a cruise ship
The overall character of the hotel was very good even though it is in a very busy part of the city because it has excellent sound proofing the noise is very minimal The staff could not have been more helpful it won t be the last time we stay in an H10 hotel A really enjoyable first visit to Barcelona
