Receptionist needs to smile more and have a better greeting at hotel could not understand her sometimes very difficult to understand she tended to mumble She also tried to charge me full price of 157 we booked on special offer of 109 90 She seemed a bit put out when I questioned price good job really I saw it Not a good start to be honest I was told there was loads of spaces for free parking by reception when I rang day before no chance we had to pay over 20 for parking as amount of spaces free you have is a ridiculous amount for the number of rooms In hotel Would not consider staying again whilst in London as not good value and would never recommend this hotel to anyone Have stayed in doubletree hiltons before but not like this one Overall clean room beds harder than normal

The cleanliness of the rooms and the efficiency they were ready every day As a lonely travelling woman felt very safe

Not enough choice of newspapers and other reading material

Manager was extremely rude Tried calling reception from my room for 30mins no one answered tried again off mobile no answer went downstairs to complain and was told we are busy can t you see the phone are still ringing Room was not ready at check in time Had to queue twice to check in and get parking sorted waited 20mins to start with when checking in Mentioned at time of booking was a 10 yr anniversary Hotel didn t seem to care Junior suite room with balcony is a rip off You pay for the view only Exec king or exec queen rooms are cheaper but there balconites are double the size and also with the same view Does not make sense Wonderful way to ruin a 10yr anniversary didn t have breakfast because just wanted to leave hotel first thing in the morning

Felt that the location was further away from the shops and eateries on High St from what it appeared on a map on booking Why is London accommodation so expensive

Receptionist named Wicky was so rude while checking in Operators were not picking up the call Staff of Hilton canary wharf are awful I will never prefer any of the Hilton hotel

we flew down from Aberdeen for 2 days in London for a concert after a very short 5 minute walk from Ealing Common Underground Station we arrived at the Hotel about 12pm which was 2 hours earlier than the Booking in time stipulated but the staff were friendly welcoming and allowed us to book in early which enabled us to spend the rest of the afternoon exploring London without carrying unnecessary baggage The room showers Toilet was clean and bright with manually controlled air conditioning we were able to sleep in a comfortable cool environment in a day of high temperature Got back to the Hotel late in the evening and enjoyed a couple of drinks in the quiet Hotel bar Breakfast was just like most Hotels English style buffet Breakfast with eggs to order staff were quick with service can t fault them Overall i enjoyed the stay was quiet clean comfortable with helpful friendly staff that s all i wanted from my short stay
