i like the location Perfect

the breakfast was poor since the hotel rate is expensive if you want to eat eggs scrambled or fried or drink fresh orange juice it will be charge extra which is totally wrong since other hotel serve them for free

the hotel is very comfortable rooms and bathroom are very clean Also this time my room was clean spacious and well furnished The breakfast is fantastic with very fresh fruit and some cakes homemade The staff is friendly and helpful

The pub in front of the street is very noisy and unfortunately my room wasn t soundproofed They charged on my card the first night one day before the deadline specified on booking Fair enough no problem but when I booked on Booking website it was clearly specified both in the hotel Policies and in price details data sheet that there would not be any prepayment and no deposit would be charged

The location is ideal for the museums Hyde Park and shopping in nearby High Street Kensington

We arrived 10 minutes early for a 2pm check in Our deluxe room was not available so we were given a room for 3 as an apparent upgrade It was awful room was dirty the shower didn t work lighting was terrible and the double bed was two twin beds put together I wanted to complain but the missus said to just leave it The staff were friendly enough but struggled with basic english Whoever gave this 4 stars needs sectioning Do not stay here

The website said that the room would have a bathtub When we arrived to the hotel we discovered that it was not so

Very clean friendly staff good location

Price of breakfast but to be fair we never tried them

Breakfast was amazing great location helpful staff room was good size for the money the metro was close by which was great loads of nice places to eat outside the hotel would recommend De Marchi Whole stay was very pleasurable

To make the room perfect it would have been nice to have a kettle but that was the only down side

Convenient location for the function I was attending

There was no effective way to cool the room Just a useless noisy overhead fan that merely pushed warm air around the room The entire hotel is very tired and it feels unclean due to everything being so old and worn out

Friendly staff free underground parking free wi fi decent breakfast

A bit far away from the center A C didn t quite work

Location was good

Breakfast was not good level of air conditioning could not be changed
