Service for breakfast in the morning had to get menus ourselves had to ask someone to take our order after people who came in after us had their order taken got offered tea or coffee and didn t receive after 10 mins waiting and seeing others get theirs it so had to ask a another member of staff to get it for us scrambled egg was runny and orange

Lovely hotel at a great price Room was lovely and bed very comfy Visited spa which was fab and really relaxing All staff were pleasant and helpful Visited the bar across from reception a couple of times and the guy behind the bar was always really good at recommending different drinks to try all of which were yummy Location was good with Westfield shopping centre only about 5 mins walk away with loads of great shops and restaurants My boyfriend and I had a lovely weekend break here and will definitely be back
