Ace Hotel

Ideal location for our trip to a show at the London Coliseum My teenage son and I just wanted a comfortable peaceful nights rest Staff at reception were lovely just what we wanted after a long journey We didn t use any other facilities The view of the busy street was great

Shower was a bit hard to control and very noisy Everything else was perfect

Great staff very helpful food in restarant was very good very good service from all staff beautiful breakfast great clean room with good facilitys

The location was excellent for all the major sights

The size of the room the double bed was up against the wall

The location is prime and convenient

There was problem with the leaking bathtub do that I had to be moved to another room at near midnight

No organisation on the front desk when required and stated on booking form for a cot bed in room there was none told to come back much later to which we did and still no cot bed eventually it arrived There are no baby changing facilities in toilets also paid for extra breakfast to be told when we went down in the morning that one of the two rooms where not down yet again poor communication from the reception staff that did our check in
