beds terribly uncomfortable much too soft like getting into a hole

I Ordered Two Separate bed but they were not comfortable there must be manual lock in between I did not like it at all But location Personnel breakfast are good
Excellent breakfast Very comfy room Was noisy at night with the window open but used the air con and had a very good night s sleep
Wifi was a bit slow and not consistent
Location good close to le Marais and 3e arrondissement Fitness room not great but adequate
Air conditioning in room didn t work and despite complaining wasn t fixed Carpets walls and public areas all felt dated and in need of refurbishment Was perhaps a 4 star hotel once but not anymore

Nice old world style of hotel with a lovely comfortable general lounge area Whilst it was very close to areas such as Hyde Park it was in a nice quiet side street Close to underground and to main line station at Paddington
Had a few random problems The cold tap would provide hot water at certain times of the day Car parking was very expensive in that area although I suppose that applies to the whole of London
Room was OK if a little small and this was a King Executive Tea coffee making facilities were missing but most importantly it was pretty quiet and comfortable I requested a room change from a shower to a bath which was accommodated
The website is misleading the property looks a little tired and feels claustrophobic The parking charges on the full website were higher than on the mobile website which demonstrates a lack of attention to detail The bathroom was tiny

The breakfast room is in the same floor as front desk which is very small I had to wait for a while to get a table
