1 bedroom apartment was too small with only one bathroom the room was Covered with the 3 beds and no room to walk

Too small for 3 beds

Staff friendly and room was clean Location excellent

Suite 6 is extremely tiny Could just about walk around the bed and we re not big people Various lights and bathroom fan did not work

Great staff attitude good location

Couldn t find fault with anything really

Would like fresh fruit included for breakfast

Very good and clean room Very important for us that rooms are clean and this hotel provide very well clean rooms We were 4 with a lot of luggage and we had good space Friendly personale

Breakfast was not extraordinary however it was acceptable

The location was convenient for Kings X and Euston

I felt unsafe in the property The room I stayed in had clearly had the door kicked in before and been patched up poorly Terribly over priced for the quality There was no fire exit if there was a fire in the kitchen I would ve been trapped

Staff very kind they allowed us to sit in the breakfast room and eat our take out lunch while the room became avaliable to us

No milk for Sunday morning breakfast

Accommodation was fine as you d expect

We were in suite 2 right next to reception which meant we were woken early by staff talking rather loudly This wasn t a great start to my day
