Tobee is nestled in the Nozawa Onsen hot-spring district, conveniently situated a minutes walk away from a shuttle bus stop which takes guests to Nozawa Onsen Snow Resort for free. Free WiFi is offered throughout the entire property.

There is a ski gear storage space and drying room on site, as well as a private car park. A shower room is available, and bathrooms are shared with other guests.

Rooms with tatami (woven-straw) flooring feature a heater, TV, a personal locker and an electric kettle.
