The staff at arrival was bad They did not have any time for us They only cleaned our room at 5 in the afternoon I was not impressed with this hotel at all

Staff at reception They did not help us with the luggage

Lovely comfy bed received a free upgrade on arrival Rooms are lovely however slightly noisy at times Very central location within close walking distance to everything you want to see in Amsterdam Staff on front desk are very polite and helpful

Thought it was quite expensive considering there is no fitness or spa facility breakfast also very pricey so opted to go elsewhere

Location was excellent as was the cleanliness The staff were friendly and helpful when issues arose

Room was not set up as a double and when they did there was a hole in the middle which was uncomfortable Had to wait ages upon arrival as the keycard did not work

all and they made us extra upgrading cuz of our honeymoon that was so kind the staff really friendly and always asking if you need something

the air in the rooms was not fresh because of the not opened windows its dry

Breakfast was good and staff where friendly and polite

Room was too dark needed a proper light Lack of information in hotel regarding spa phone numbers in the room for reception etc Mini bar didn t shut properley

The breakfast at the Winter garden is delightful Big comfortable bedroom and bathroom Overall the hotel is fantastic Close to everything

the hallways on our floor could be brighter
