Food in room was bad But restaurant is excellent

Unfortunately we had an unexpected maintenance man visit at about 9 30pm Who had to turn off the hot water due to a leak which meant a cold shower in the morning The duty manager never did call to make arrangements for another room

The rooms are very nice Facilities are great and the location was perfect

The bed wasn t ready Not enough towels and key card not ready But hotel under construction and little details can get missed occasionally

Hotel location and view from the rooms are very good Gym equipment is good as well

Breakfast was very poor vegetables were not fresh All other food assortment was very limited Rooms are accommodated with a very old furniture i paid for the king size bed in the room but they provided to me only a room with 2 separate beds all rooms are requiring an essential repair

Very friendly staff we had to print football tickets they help us without any problems lovely breakfast

Price was high for my liking

The rooms appear to have been refurbished since my last stay and were far better quality

The TV channels seemed difficult to access

The staff is EXCELLENT They are welcoming extremely helpful and friendly This place feels like home The location is a few minutes walk to the Milano Centrale train station so you can get anywhere Great restaurants nearby plenty of shopping and gelato I couldn t say more good things about the staff they were just great

The hotel is in a very old building and the rooms haven t been updated in a while so you may have to look past it It is a bit no frills but very clean
