Just a few meters from the tube station inside a big shopping mall Perfect location

Staff were helpful and friendly Service with a smile The room modern clean and comfortable

Stayed here before no hesitation at staying again everything perfect for us Usually travel by tube because piccidilly line so convenient but this time worked out the buses see much more

Maybe room could have a fridge it was so hot this visit to come back to cold water

Could explain the charges more clearly as i walked away with an invoice for one charge but have multiple amounts from my bank

I had made two reservations on the same day due to a clerical error When I approached Booking com and Holiday Inn they promised to change this reservation to an alternate day when I come back Later Holiday Inn cancelled and refused to make any refund or accommodate any new reservation Very in humane response

easy to find quiet location central too

The property is good I did asked for the bath tub with the room first the hotel confirm that but when I reached to the hotel were told that room with bath not available but if I pay 40 euros can have room with both tub A bit annoyed but what can I do on that time

Everything is ok as its advertised as 4 stars but it was not No room service phone were broken No UK charger switch or cable
