Excellent location and very well located for London Designer Outlet and Wembley Stadium We were disappointed that our visit was spoiled by Adele cancelling her concert at the stadium but managed to get into Central London very quickly via the Jubilee Line from Wembley Park 10 mins away
The fact that our rate was non cancellable Clearly with the Adele concert cancelled we would have liked to exercise this option

The location was perfect for wembley arena or the stadium also very easy to get in and out of London Staff were all friendly from the minute we arrived till we left rooms were clean and bright breakfast was good with lots of choice we would stay here again
Shame there were no dressing gowns to go and come from pool for the guests going up and down from there rooms
More water and soap in the bedroom
there was no menu in the room when I requested for another one the lady gave me a service book and I have to call down to request another after waiting 30 minutes for the first one In the end I did not book any food as it took so long

Staff are very friendly and helpful particularly the concierge men at the door who helped with bags and taxi s The hotel is very clean and the beds are a good size and very comfortable
Having to pay for the swimming pool this should be free to hotel guests especially as the pool is also used for children s swimming lessons which restricts the amount of space in the pool The pictures of the pool and jacuzzi on the website are very deceiving and make them look a lot bigger than they are Also the jacuzzi is not very warm
