Everything is excellent from the staff the facilities comfort and of course the location Would go stay in the same hotel when i come back to London and would recommend to relatives and friends

Nice hotel staff reception was nice enough to accept my request to get a room in the urban wing The hotel is in a perfect location to city center and train station Good breakfast options

This is about the 4th time I ve been here since last year so all things good The staff is cheerful and helpful no matter what time of day Any problem with the room is addressed as soon as possible The decor is tasteful and relaxing Good mattresses I always get a good night s sleep In terms of location two minutes to my office unbeatable

This may sound silly but I m not a big fan of fake fur throws on the beds Also a bathroom would be a welcome enhancement

The location comfort and cleanliness was excellent Bar staff were also great

I had mixed support from staff at reception Some staff were very unhelpful Buffet breakfast was cold poor value

very quiet although next to rail station

bed was a bit squeeky
