Almost everything was perfect Price bed room and staff

The steak was tough and wasn t eaten We weren t charged for it though PROSECCO was expensive

Amazing location close to the train station beautiful decoration specially the wallpaper of the room Friendly staff perfect to walk around Amsterdam

The breakfast was great and the staff always friendly and helpful

The walls are super thin You hear everything around your room running water maids neighbors The bed wasn t very comfortable

Bar area very nice Rooms were perfect nice comfortable bed

Location is pretty closed to the city central and main station

1 I booked the room with breakfast but when I checked in there is no breakfast inclusive This is still fine until the hotel charged different amount from what I booked thru booking com I sent a complain letter to the hotel the response was very unfair Please double check what you booked and what you get overthere 2 They did not clean the coffee mugs and glasses for 3 days 3 The tea selection was empty I asked for a refill but never come 4 The room was not the same with the pictures in booking com It was much more smaller and bad ugly view

Location was great Short walk from Central Station and easy to get to different areas Bed was comfortable

We arrived 40 minutes before check in time and was told the room wasn t ready so we could hang in the bar and have a drink while we wait 50 minutes later I checked on the room status and was told it was still not ready Another 50 minutes later we decided to leave our bags and walk the city but when we went to the front desk to give them our bags suddenly our room was ready This was over 1 1 2 hours late pr and people had been checking in while we were waiting Then the room was small which is fine but the bathroom was right next to the bed and had a frosted glass door that didn t close all the way so privacy was terrible I was disappointed because I was really excited to stay here Just got off on the wrong foot and didn t get any better

No bath in bathroom no water provided mini bar not stocked limited non existant room service menu over emphasis on design no substance eg Shower door does not fit so bathroom area floods if not careful poor power point location and no international plug point option so remember to bring your adaptor if staying here Limited storage space so if staying more than one night be prepared for a messy room Better value elsewhere in town than Ink sorry to say A

Friendly staff great location

Air conditioning rattled shower drain didn t drain properly so couldn t take a shower longer than 5 minutes without making a mess Also very damp humid in the hotel

Modern Hip style Most of the staffs are good
