Guest apartments are fully equipped, with simple dcor and tiled floors. Each consists of a kitchenette and seating area. Guests can dine outside, on the panoramic terrace fitted with a table and chairs. Some units are also equipped with sun loungers. Free private parking is available for each apartment. Please inform Residenza Lucia in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 40 applies for arrivals from 20:00 until 22:00 and EUR 60 after 22:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. Bed linen is at an extra cost of EUR 20 per person per stay (for a week maximum, plus 3 euros per person per day for extra days).
