Small rooms and bathrooms
The location is very convenient
The reservations team were very inflexible and displayed very little customer service Really disappointing for hospitality
Comfy beds and quiet rooms
they was not any information how to use the expresso coffee machine
the location is fantastic
When we arrived we were told we could take a very small room or could have a larger room but with twin beds not ideal When we looked at the small room it was tiny and no bath We went back to reception who then miraculously found a decent sized double room We took it Then we were in reception later that evening we heard the reception staff pulling the same stunt on another couple Would have felt a bit cheated if we had not spoken up
the bed is very comfy
the bathroom is horribly old espresso is charged separately at breakfast no espresso capsule in the room very dark room bar doesn t have a nice atmosphere
friendly helpful staff location for access to trains room was adequate with regard facilities and was clean Breakfast was good

That we had to plug in the mobile radiator that was on the floor on arrival Room was freezing when we arrived and it took a fair while for the radiator to heat up the whole room
