Good location for touring Vienna

The hotel is handily located most of the city s main attractions are within walking distance

The only downside was the lift the hotel would really benefit from more effective lift facilities

Staff were very accommodating about garaging our classic car and could not have been more helpful Excellent and looking forward to going back at the end of the month

The shower is constructed that if you are standing under the shower you push every time a button that the water stops running Wrong construction

Bed was comfortable Triple room quite large It was pleasant to wake up of smell of fresh croissants

In first morning we went to have breakfast later and then were not so many things left And they didn t bring more might be we just needed to ask but we didn t Next mornings we went earlier and everything was just fine

Staff were excellent and very helpful Drinks in the bar were good value and even when we arrived back in the early hours of the morning we could get a drinks and some snacks Only a few steps away there are a few nice bars

On the two mornings we had breakfast the chopped fresh fruit was slow to be topped up but I am sure if I had asked the staff would have looked after this

Location to main train station was excellent and staff very friendly

Location is good just across the river from the nearest underground station Rooms were comfortable staff were helpful

Hotel a bit dated but clean and comfortable Breakfast offered a decent but not extensive range of choice

Nice breakfasts nice location

A little bit noisy outside the street is very crowded but it s Milan indeed I felt some shakes and roaring of the train I wonder what was it a tram or underground train Nevertheless it was not so annoying

The location of the hotel is just next to the City Centre by walk All the facilities are closeby We booked an appartment for three It was very convenient to make morning tea or coffee at a time of our own choice Just underneath is a departmental store grocerry store Sightseeing buses stop in front of the hotel underground train station u bahn is also very close about 5 minutes walk We feel selecting this hotel made our trip more pleasureable
