El Montg is 14 km from the accommodation. The nearest airport is Alicante Airport, 98 km from Aroa. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please inform Aroa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that the total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance. Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details.

A damage deposit of EUR 500 is payable upon arrival. This will be returned 7 days after check-out, subject to a damage inspection.

Please note that the air conditioning and/or heating costs, charged in certain periods, are not included in the rate. Heating will be charged between mid October and mid May. Air conditioning will be charged between mid June and mid September.

It is possible to rent a high chair for an additional cost of EUR 25 per stay. It is possible to rent a playpen for an additional cost of EUR 25 per stay. It is possible to rent a fan for an additional cost of EUR 15 per week.
