Staff were genuine friendly and welcoming The room was stylish with a fantastic view and a few extra little birthday touches were really appreciated I felt so comfortable and didn t want to leave We will definitely be back

Location is great

Food ridiculously expensive entertainment system is circa 20th century room keys unreliable staff unable to do the basics like print an invoice

This is my favorite hotel in London everything is superb

Very luxurious hotel nice atmosphere very beautiful interiors little art deco Just perfect Oh wait very good beds as well

No negative points Only we stayed there for the 10th birthday of our daughter which we mentioned upon arriving They told us she could expect a surprise but nothing happened But no big deal We had a terrific time

Loved the very friendly staff who looked after us so well the room was so clean and modern The breakfast was fab and just everything about the hotel was luxurious and will definitely be back

I didn t like how the hotel get his payment To day I was informed by bank that the hotel is holding almost 2 nights charge this amount will be return after 2 weeks as the bank informed even though I paid in full while checking out Isn t better since they hold this as pre authorization to deduct this amount once the gust arrived and once the gust is leaving he will pay for the remaining night
