I think I was tricked into booking this place as a hotel it s not a hotel it s a building that hires out rooms no easy parking not food after hours no staff to look after you to speak of that said the daytime guy was fine
I liked the style of the place
It was a very nice clean hotel I think it would be perfect for a business trip Close to the underground and right in the financial district Staff were helpful luggage storage was convenient I thought it was a great price for the quality and being fairly centrally located
There could have been more staff Checking in and out there was a long line and only one staff member trying to help There were computers for check in but I prefer the human experience to the automated one Again probably best for a business trip but fine if you re booking last minute and there aren t many affordable options left in central London
