Beds were very comfortable

The kids air conditioner was dripping because the fan was not blowing however someone took care of it Also we had trouble opening their door after been given a new key card and not being told that the others do not work so they had to go up and down the stairs several times before finally getting in their room

It is nice location for traveling europe But if you go to travel only uk it is not good choice This location is useful to go to another city such as Paris Because st pancras station is near just 3min

Thought it was a horrible room as it was below street level so no windows Also thought advertised picture of room accommodation misleading as picture was really of the breakfast area No microwave even though this was an advertised part of the accommodation They were unable to provide a microwave which meant the kitchenette was not very useful The price of the accommodation was a bit expensive

noise coming from the top floor Every time someone walk in the floor above we could hear in the floor below

Everything in walking distance tube shops pub for food

Breakfast could have had more choices and free wi fi

Very tiny room very noisy My room was at reception level and I could hear every word of what was said at reception and the music tv that was playing At 7am the fire alarm went off and they said that happens every day

Breakfast rather dull and basic Continental Low fat yogurts prepacked chewy cheese toaster not working In the basement Small and noisy as soon as there are more than 4 people Kitchen no plug for kettle to be found near sink Bathroom funny smell dampish Fan not strong enough for 4 people showering

Great staff Convenient to transport dining You do need to under stand direction for travel on bus n tube We are aussies n made a couple of mistakes but all part of our stay When used to travelling by car it takes time on buses n trains but you see more

Generally People on footpaths smoking and in doorways you have to go through on way to buus n tube
