The faucet did NOT work properly turn on the faucet and finally scolding hot water plus the rubber seal around the glass shower door didn t work the entire floor got flooded every time we took a shower used towels NO good

The booking was not what we arranged and was not happy when we arrived I had cancelled one of the rooms when we arrived the wrong room was cancelled and 4 of us had 1 twin room and a single and the hotel didn t have another room or so they said and the two ladies had to share a double bed

The room is too dull empty of anything that could give it life Very boring design or even stuff you fill the room with it looked too empty kinda unfinished The breakfast buffet was the worst i have had in years All you can get is omlete cold scarmbeled eggs and limited choices They also shifted us to the small resturant for 2 days where we couldnt even toast bread because they didnt have a toaster there
The receptionnist upgraded our double room to a duplex appartment for free and let us doing an early check in 11 30 am instead of 3 00 pm The appartment was very comfortable The breakfast in the big gallery was delicious Excellent location at the border of the red district of Amsterdam

All the rooms are in street level So you must keep the curtains closed to avoid been seen by people passing by
From the moment we arrived to the day we left 4days later we had the WOW factor with this hotel The ladies and gent at reception are well mannered We also found the cleaners to be very polite and honest I had left a lot of euros on the table and to a euro it was all there on my return Nothing was too much trouble a truely memorable experience The location is second to none We shall most definitely be returning
Only down side was for the size of hotel no swimming pool or spa which is a shame really However wouldn t stop us returning
