The pools are a joke they are very small the room service is bad we ordered a pizza and it looked like a frozen pizza just put in the microwave the location is far from the major points of interest in Barcelona You have a metro station near the hotel but you have to take at least 10 15 station to reach a point of interest

The carpet was very thick in the corridor that my bag was hard to push The room I was in had noise coming into it from another room s tv I could hear the Spanish presenter s high pitched voice all night and couldn t sleep properly

The room had no milk with our team and coffee only 2 of the electric plugs worked the bathroom radiator was repaired with black tape cracked and broken tiles around bath and shower bath panel was well past it s use date as paint peeling off Thought I had booked into some sort of hostel very disappointed
