1 I have asked additional blanket 2 times as well as I was already requests additional crip but was not provided earlier too Very bad services 2 there were training gals alarm on 1 00 am And if have disable patienet I carried NY daughter with 23 kg for 3 floors on stairs and walk to around 250 meters they should infirmed who has disable patient prior of the test how about idlf they stay in 7th floor 3 one of Banket was nit clean and yiu can smile the odour of a man 4 the internet is bad and many disconnect Thank you

The plumbing in bathrooms needs urgent improvement

The location of the hotel was nice It was close to La Rambla yet far enough to be away from the noise of the street The staff were very friendly and helpful The rooms were clean and big We were on the club havana level which meant 24 7 availability of Nespresso coffee and cookies The rooftop bar is also nice

The breakfast can do a little better with the hot section In saying so the breakfast wasn t bad just if something has to improve this could improve a little

Loved the location and the staff were friendly and helpful The free croissants and coffee were excellent Clean and comfortable I would definitely stay here again My husband and I had one room with the kids in an adjoining room it was the perfect balance of being together but also having our own space

Very expensive I paid 175 Euros per night for basic room without breakfast Does not desrve the price The room has back city view When I asked for higher floor room with sea view as they claim in the website the hotel management requested me to pay 48 72 euros extra per night depending on availability

Great housekeeping service multiple times per day and wonderful area to explore the city of Barcelona as most hotspots are within walking distance
