The location was very good and the service and workers were excellent

The rooms were too small

Very bad atmosphear noisy weird smells unfriendly staff

Modern confortable clean and stylish room great breakfast staff was very helpful and patient Quiet location near subway A very good deal

The staff was superb the room was brilliantly laid out large bed ample space around the bed long desk with multiple power options bathroom with sufficient space for laying out toilet kits plus a shower and full bath The staff to say it again were brilliant we had a lost luggage issue and I had a 3 week cough and they put us in touch with local resources And a great location in the eastern Eixample near the Sagrada Familia and within walking distance of the Born Gothic and Old Town districts

No coffee in the morning in the room but the coffee machine in reception was luscious

Utterly gorgeous room wonderful bath fireplace bed views Delicious breakfast Friendly helpful staff

Reception desk staff was a little indiscrete re monies in front of my guest when I was checking in

The hotel was clean and everything looked new Friendly staff Ideal location I was concerned whether there would be any noise but very quiet

Great location very near to British Museum and just a short walk to Oxford Street The room was very quiet and overlooked the garden area The reception staff were very friendly

The garden area could have done with a bit of a spruce up

good size room nice bed and shower and a canal view no less Great location next to the canal boat trip pick up point
