Good location Guy at the front desk really pleasant and friendly

Didn t really enjoy the breakfast and the room could have done with a lick of paint

Very friendly staff Great location for most of London Good size room Great choice for breakfast Very helpful and attentive young woman who waited on us for dinner

nice welcoming foyer and staff nice touches ie fruit bowl coffee table books library chapel

while room very comfortable would have preferred if it had natural light It was too hot and dark Breakfast was too expensive Plenty of nice restaurants around for a lot less

The bar was lovely cosy Staff are very helpful

Bathroom a bit small not much room for toiletries

Location is fantastic staff were spot on The price for the area is very good and the hotel is modern in feel as opposed to some of the others in the area which are a little tired and dated

The only criticism I would have is very minor in that I didn t take dinner or breakfast in the restaurant as I thought it was very expensive

For a double bed room the space is way too small toiletries below average and rate too expensive

Great location right next to British Museum Very peaceful atmosphere Room was comfortable and nicely decorated

The decor was quite nice and We did have our meal discounted due to complaint

Party on till 1am music was loud I had booked a upgrade room as I didn t want it to be too small but our baby s box room was bigger Breakfast was a complete shambles from start to finish seated on dirty tables no tea coffee butter unless we got up and asked for it several times Just useless Management needs to sort out some form of structure in this place as it was embarrassing
