The bathroom facility didn t match the high standard of the rest of the hotel

The hotel do not have their own restaurant on the basement there is a Gaucho restaurant where Breakfastare served Very average poor value for money

We upgraded to a room where the queen bed was partitioned from the living room This gave more room for my son s extra bed in the living area the triple room with queen sofa bed was too cramped for the 3 of us Purified water available on each floor and snacks down in the lobby lounge in the afternoon were convenient but simple

The lighting in the room was not practical one switch turned on all of the lights in the room so when I went to bed my husband and son had to sit in the dark in the separate living area otherwise I would have a bright light above my bed if they switched the lights on Nothing luxurious about the furnishing or fittings in the room bathroom but simple functional and clean Because it is in the business district most nearby shops are shut on the weekends but comes back to life on weekdays

great staff incredibly helpful Free tea and coffee downstairs and ice machine for ice was a bonus Lovely big bed good sized room Really good location to explore the river Pub and Gaucho Grill next door

no baths that s a no no with me but the bathroom was nice

Free bottled water efficient check in and check out Good location but a very quiet area in the morning so you could easily get there from further afield before anything got going Leadenhall Market almost opposite is nice

Cleaning wasn t brilliant somebody had left a sock under the bed and it was still there and very dusty which is an indicator No food available apart from outsourced room service we arrived quite late so this was a bit of a problem

Clean comfortable room and the excellent restaurant pub club next door

Excellent price for central London good location near the tube and mainline Liverpool staion Very clea comfortable room Boos on history of London a nice touch

Staff a little clinical not a warm welcome more where is your credit card like a supermarket auotmatic check out No where but the bed floor to put yr luggae

They let me check in 2 hours early great value for money

Only downside that there was no mini bar

Cold water was provided as well as hot drinks
