We were given a complimentary upgrade upon arrival which was a lovely surprise and the room was a very good size The bed especially was one of the most comfortable beds I ve slept on at a hotel for a while
The only downside I suppose would have been the parking for the hotel It is not clear upon arrival where you need to park and was a little expensive I would suggest making that clear to customers upon booking
Concierge was very helpful and stored our bikes
