Booked a birthday cake for my wife but it had started melting and the fruit had started to fall of the cake when we arrived as it was so hot in the room also the card and cake said happy birthday Mr Matthews I don t know if I filled out the form wrong but you staff where very apologetic and took it straight of the bill
