Very clean and well maintained has a new feel to it The room was bigger than expected for London Excellent breakfast scones Kitchenette with a kettle a microwave are mush appreciated Also electrical plug ins in the wall made for European and USB connections very thoughtful

Double bed mattress made out of two single mattresses

Staff was really wonderful especially Ms Simona who was in the check in counter helped us a lot to settle in Spacious rooms Cleanliness was remarkable Beds were comfortable

Breakfast need little more Improvement such as more fruits and reparation of eggs Omlet bulls eye

Location great Very close to St Pancras Kings Cross

Rooms a little bit crammed

It was lovely bright airy suite

But noisy outside in night but it only to be expected

I was told breakfast started at 0630 In fact it didnt start till 0700 I was told bedroom had a window i was in basement room and it had a piece of glass in wall It wasn t a window The quality of bed linen was poor very poor synthetic duvet and ynthetic pillows

The staff were particularly helpful to us

Staff at reception super friendly and helpful Small breakfast room which was superbly clean Room was a great size with nice facilities Bathroom a little on the cozy side Nice that there was a c and a separate double bedroom attached to the main triple bedroom

Friendly and courteous staff who were helpful clean quiet room in a really convenient location will probably book again
