Housekeeping should have some improvement as 1 night they have forgotten to give us towels and another night they have forgotten to give us shower cap

The size of the room value for money

Bathroom needs refurbishing Really bad that wifi is not free of charge

Location was good

Outdated rooms slow elevators

The room s air conditioning unit wasn t working so it was very hot and stuffy especially during the night

Excellent location spacious room friendly staff

wifi speed to be improved breakfast not many choices and a bit crowded

Excellent air conditioning and although train tracks behind didn t hear it at all A stones throw from the Babylon roof garden restaurant too

Breakfast a little bit of a production line on the weekend prob easier to have room service expect its fine on week days Still very tasty

the staff were very friendly

The bedroom was dated considering it was meant to be a superior room and very small bed Basically I was disappointed for the amount of money I paid

Poor signal from tv rooms very tired look need a lick of paint and a freshen up

Why does check always take so long

My course was located within one of the conference rooms which made my stay convenient Hotel is based 2 minutes from tube station and Kensington High Street

The queue for breakfast was horrendous especially as I needed to eat and be on time for my course The lifts were overcrowded with no stairs as an option The front desk neede more staff
