Kirkpatrick House

Set in private mature gardens, 3 miles from Gretna Green, Kirkpatrick House was built around 1830 and has views of the Solway Coast and Lake District mountains, traditional breakfasts and free parking.

Breakfast is available for purchase and includes a cooked breakfast made with local produce, free-range eggs from the resident hens and jams made from fruit from the orchard. There are also cereals, toast, tea and coffee.

The sitting/dining room has many period features and antique furnishings and a real log fire. In warmer weather, there is garden furniture in the grounds.

The bedrooms all have a TV and a snack tray with tea/coffee making facilities. Most rooms have views of the Solway Coast and the Lake District mountains in the distance.

Set just outside Kirkpatrick Fleming, 2 minutes drive from Junction 21 of the M74 motorway, Kirkpatrick House is just over 30 minutes drive from Dumfries and a 25-minute drive from Carlisle. The famous King Robert the Bruces cave is located 1 mile from the property. Please inform Kirkpatrick House in advance of your expected arrival time.
