Situated on the Eden Estuary just 5 minutes drive from the historic St Andrews and 15 minutes drive from Dundee, Edenside House offers free Wi-Fi and free parking on site. The building dates back to the 1700s and still retains much of its original faade.

Rooms are traditional in style, and each benefits from a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Each also has its own en suite bathroom with free toiletries.

A range of stunning golf courses are close to Edenside House, including the famous Old Course. Perth is around 30 miles from the building. Lomond Hills Regional Park can be reached in 35 minutes by car. Eden Mill St Andrews is less than a mile away and offers a distillery tour and tasting sessions.
