We dont have set business hours, and want to be on property to greet you with keys, so it is important that you do one of the following:

If you are flying in, or coming by train, email us back the arrival time into San Diego, so we can estimate your approximate time of Check In. If you are driving in, please email me back to inform me you will be driving in. For guests driving in, Please Call The Day of Arrival, Prior to 12pm, to update us on your approximate time of Check In.

If you need special arrangements for a late Check In after 18:00, please email or call, and we will be happy to assist you. Early Check Ins are never a problem. Just let us know what time you would like to arrive, and we will do my best to get your guest room prioritized and ready for your early Check In.
