Beachlands Guest Accommodation

The property was built in 1904, and managed to survive a German bombing raid during WWII. Next door to our property there was a Victorian public baths which unfortunately didnt survive the same bombing. This is now a well maintained car park, run by the local council. Situated less than a minutes walk from Skegness Pier, Beachlands Guest Accommodation is a non-smoking hotel that features a residents TV lounge, a well-stocked bar, and is only 5 minutes walk from Skegness town centre.

Most of the rooms feature an en-suite shower room and some have a private bathroom located in the hall. All rooms have a flat-screen TV. A pack of complimentary tea/coffee making facilities is provided upon arrival. Guests are welcome to purchase further packs at an additional charge.

Home-cooked meals are made fresh to order and served in the dining room, and locally sourced ingredients are used when possible.

Skegness Pleasure Beach is only a 5-minute walk from the property, where guests can take part in sailing, surfing and sea canoeing. An amusement arcade and wide variety of rides are also located at the pleasure beach, as well as a selection of restaurants.
