Cascades Gardens

Cascades Gardens is situated in the village of Bonsall, on the edge of the Peak District. Dating back to 1823, this Georgian property is set within 4 acres of lush gardens, and offers unique rooms with flat-screen TVs.

Each with its own theme, the elegant rooms at Cascades Gardens feature a large separate bathroom with free toiletries and garden views. Tea and coffee making facilities are also provided. Free WiFi available throughout the property.

With its many waterfalls, the extensive gardens feature hosts of unusual shrubs and flowers including snowdrops, hellebores and daffodils. Guests can enjoy spectacular views from the cliff top paths and buy unusual plants in the nursery. The accommodation is within the grounds of a public RHS partner garden. It is a Japanese inspired Meditation garden. The nursery includes a Bonsai centre. The guests receive free access to the garden during their stay.

Bonsall has two 17th-century pubs with real ales and good pub food, both within walking distance of the B&B. There is a range of international restaurants just a few miles away.

Located within 3 miles of Matlock, the B&B is a 20-minute drive from the historic Chatsworth House, home of the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The 12th-century Haddon Hall is also 20 minutes drive away. Free parking is available. Please inform Cascades Gardens in advance of your expected arrival time.
