The staff were very helpful and kind The room was amazing calming comfortable and welcoming

There is no fault i can think of

Spacious room with fantastic bathroom Friendly and welcoming staff especially the barman who looked after us during dinner Easy walk from the train station

We travelled by train and were able to walk out the front door of Milan Centrale and see the hotel signage Only about 3minute easy walk with the luggage Twenty minutes walk to Duomo Plaza with many photographic opportunities along the way and shopping The hotel has a quirky Art Deco interior that I loved The room had a large comfy bed with a sitting room area and balcony Staff were always helpful Breakfast had a wide variety of options I had no issues with the wifi

Could have done with a little extra light in the bedroom

In side the hotel inside the room looks dark Atmosphere of the hotel three decades ago At my room it took much time to get warm showering and I have caught a cold
