Overlooking the Puster Valley and located 400 metres from central Perca, Residence Sonnberg offers 5 modern Alpine-style apartments with garden and mountains views. On-site covered parking is free of charge.

Set on each of the 3 floors, Sonnberg Residences apartments are fitted with light wooden floors and furniture. Offering either a furnished terrace or balcony, each apartment includes 1 bathroom and a flat-screen satellite TV. The dining area comprises a fully equipped kitchenette and a sofa bed.

During summer months the garden is equipped with tables, deckchairs and parasols. The use of the on-site washing machine and clothes dryer as well as the wireless internet hotspot comes at additional costs.

On request and at no extra charge, a pick-up service from Perca Train Station is arranged. The Kronplatz ski area is a 6-minute walk away while Brunico is 4 km from the residence. Please inform Residence Sonnberg in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests need to meet one or more requirements to stay in this property: proof of full Coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccination, a recent valid negative Coronavirus PCR test, or recent proof of Coronavirus recovery. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance.
