Comfy bed Quiet Great location Helpful staff Candles at night on the front step No stress

Location superb and my favourite in London so far and great to be near the market park waterside etc We had a reasonable view but not the best in the hotel Access to transport excellent Historic Elegant Buildings Class Architectural Heritage all round Lots to see for visitors Hotel facilities we used were good Rooms are good comfortable size and well appointed generally all rooms have En Suite I guess Staff pleasant friendly willing and accommodating Breakfasts great Car parking really good Would recommend hotel

Hotel is generally well kept and clean but some aspects of the decorations and finishes in the bedrooms particularly the floor and wall tiling in the E Suites need some attention Windows are not all well maintained and are not easy to open and close and let night sound in depending on what side of hotel you are sleeping I appreciate that this building might be a Listed building and the windows cannot be changed due to Planning restrictions which can only be expected in such a location Mattresses a little hard but may be OK for some

Our stay was faultless from start to finish our room was very comfortable and staff very friendly

We had nothing to complain about

The hotel was wonderful staff where polite and extremely helpful Beautiful roof top terrace with amazing views of the London skyline Club room is amazing was a rain shower Would highly recommend up grading to a club room all drinks are free in the club lounge

Breakfast was nice Room was nice Everything worked

They took a 40 deposit for any extras which is complete nonsense Had to open door to the fridge and aim remote behind it to change TV channels Bed was hard

The beds are SO comfortable and the room shades made the room dark enough to sleep late The staff was really friendly and accommodating We especially loved the garden

Loved location and the service personnel were absolutely courteous and helpful
