very good hotel nice people and service good breakfast helpful in everything and for everything nice location in the finance part of london close to few metro station

I liked the bedroom especially the size of the bed and the shower bath I liked all the staff that was very helpful all the way through outstanding from the concierge to the receptionist

I didn t particularly liked the food of the room service order at 1 00am It was delivered pretty quick perhaps wasn t so fresh the pasta was badly overcooked and the ceaser salad there was way too much sauce compare how much salad there was shame really as the few lettuce I could test did taste quite fresh We also ordered an hamburger that was slightly better but still for the comparison quality price NO GOOD for me I do have to say that when I checked out I have gently complained to the reception and with much apologies and with no effort they haven t charge me for the ceaser salad and the pasta

Only the fact that we got locked outside our room 3 times since it was a new system but our issues where dealt with fast and we was compensated Incedible service

Very small rooms It was difficult with a large suitcase as there was no room to put it had to put under desk which made it hard to access Bathroom also very small An average sized person would have to turn sideways and squeeze past sink to get in shower

1 Complematry water in the room bottle was already opened 2 Public wifi was unusable and our devices were not able to connect 3 The room service kept ordered food dishes outside our door step for a day and a half 4 Room was not made until the end of the day on our first day there

We were expecting a room with a view No paper in the morning Room was set u for 2 single beds when we requested a double room Internet I had to pay for and then get a credit took 8 hours to get the bags bought up to our room Not much selection for breakfast for the executive suite which we had
